Very good for my company
I have been getting leads from 4Star off and on for 2 years. I use the service as I need it.
Sarah and Lisa have both been my account managers and are very helpful, systems pretty easy to use and a lot of the leads I get I have gotten work from. It makes a difference that the leads are exclusive to me that's for sure.

Scam!
In May 2022 I was contacted by this sham of a company. I thought because it was only $199/month i would give it a try.
I called the number I had of the rep at the time. After one month I did not need their services anymore because it was a waste of money. I was not receiving four or five leads a month as mentioned. I forgot about it being only $199/month until November 17, 2023.
They have such a way of receiving the money that you can't get the money back from your bank, not even the most recent months. The owner, Vince Garcia, may think this make him smarter but it doesn't. Garcia is a thief. After confronting him, he laughed and said I'm going to spend the holidays at the beach house for Thanksgiving.
Just because you have a contract does not mean you do not have to keep up with your end of the contract. You don't just get $199/month for 19 months without providing any service. I am open to form a class action lawsuit against this company. I am going after the company alone either way.
Not one lead in 2023 and I believe we only received 2 leads in the entire 19 months that were out of the area. I wish I could give them negative stars.

They should be sued and jailed.
Not even one lead. after hinting at 8-10. But of course they are eager to sign you up, so they can simply rob you.

Scam scam company. Do not do business with them
This company scams people. Do not do business with them.
My wife was told that we were going to get leads from them in the area. We got one lead the first 15 days which was a scam, no one responded.
After we complained to the so-called rep we got 4 more leads which all were scammed, we canceled. We got robbed out of 200 dollars.

SPAM CALLING!!!!
This company is involved in spam calling, which as a business owner, drives me crazy everyday!!!!! everyday i get about 5-10 calls from spam caller masking their numbers as if they were local clients IT HAS TO STOP!!!!

I got a call from Kari a couple months ago; she told me she had SO MANY people needing HVAC work in our area. She said the average company lands 6 leads/month.
I signed up about a month and a half later. To date, 22 days later, I haven't even had 1 single phone call from anyone.
This company took my $175 start up fee and did absolutely NOTHING for my business. They are by far worse than any company I've ever dealt with.

These people have been harassing me for Months. When I asked to be removed from their list I was cursed out and harassed even more. They have been calling and texting from 3 different cell phone numbers.

I signed up was promised leads they provide nothing the owner Vince is a rude jerk and a punk , there terrible and avoid your emails to cancel the will not refund but please call your state attorney general office file complaint there crooks

Rude and Abrasive
Just got a call from a woman named "Amy". She leaves a message that she has a need for residential work, and to please call her.
I called and she rambles that she works for 4 star and for a mere $70 enrollment fee and $105.
a month, we would get unlimited leads from them. I asked her why she did not indentify herself as a Rep from a Sales and Marketing Company and she said to me, "It'd early in the morning, GET OVER IT."!
This is how they contacted my company. Thanks for the heads up! ( I haven't been robbed for $ yet)

I have received two phone calls from 4starnetwrok also known as Network4star. Was told that would be the only contractor going to the customer's home. So glad I found this site.
